Orbán ordered raid on Ukrainian cash transport, even timing decided at highest level

Sources familiar with the details of the operation told Telex that there was no professional justification for intercepting the Ukrainian cash transporters, and said the order came from the highest level: it was Viktor Orbán himself who gave the order in early March.
